Mobile Center Inc is a T-Mobile Preferred Retailer based in Columbus, Ohio. We have locations in Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Tiffin and Southern Michigan. This team consistently finished in the Top 10 TPR’s Nationwide and we are constantly seeking out the best talent. And great news…no prior Wireless Experience is required!
Responsibilities would include:
Offering a STELLAR Customer Experience |Hitting sales targets set by your District Manager | Being knowledgeable on our ever changing Product Lineup, Promotions, Plans and Store Operations | Outbound Calling to our Base customers (no cold calling)
Having a reliable transportation source | Cash handling | Inventory responsibilities| Being a part of our “4 Walls” and assisting to constantly maintain Store Operations/Environment/Experience | Ability to work Retail hours and stand for long periods of time
Training Offered:
We offer a 3 week PAID Virtual Training in-store which runs Monday-Friday for 3 consecutive weeks – this is Required
Beyond the 3 week training period, there is a curriculum that is self-paced which you will have another 30-45 Days to complete
There are always On-going trainings required to be completed as new plans, promos, products and processes change and launch

Benefits and Pay:
Base Pay uncapped Commission
Avg Annual Pay Range (entry level): $26K - $35K
Medical/Vision/Dental Benefits offered
Long and Short term disability offered
401K Offered
Bi-weekly pay with monthly Commissions paid 2 months in arrears
